- By submitting your profile, headshots, showreels, CV, or any other materials ("Submissions") to us, you grant Southern Cross Talent Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Submissions for the purpose of evaluating your potential for representation and for presenting you for casting opportunities.
- You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the Submissions and have the right to grant the license granted above to us.
- Submission of your profile does not guarantee representation by Southern Cross Talent Agency or an offer of any specific role or engagement. We review all submissions and will contact individuals whose profiles align with our current representation needs or specific casting briefs.
5. Disclaimers
The information presented on or through the Site is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.
